Our Mission
The Iowa Asian Foundation for Higher Education and Excellence (IAFHEE) is an organization that was created to support individuals of Southeast Asian heritage in their pursuit of bettering themselves in life through education. We believe that education is a life-long learning process that is integrated with everyday tasks and challenges, and is the key to economic and social opportunities and advancement. We support continuing education at all levels and throughout an individual’s life.
Iowa Asian Foundation for Higher Education and Excellence was established in June 2006 by Khone Keoouthai, Don Khongmaly, Phoukham Baccam, Mark Hoang & Kevin Baccam. IAFHEE is committed to promoting higher education within the Asian American communities and helping high school seniors become tomorrow's leaders.
